In the charming 4-star hotel, I was transported to a Tuscan village with its renaissance air. The peaceful ambiance surrounded by magnificent gardens and hundred-year-old cedars made me feel like a character in a fairy tale. The exquisite restaurant, divided into three distinct atmospheres, served Mediterranean dishes that combined classic recipes with innovative elements. It was a culinary journey that left me wanting more. The location was perfect, well-communicated with the city center, giving me easy access to all of Madrid's attractions. I can't wait to repeat this enchanting experience.
Sunday. Closed restaurant.

The staff were helpful and friendly. When they had a loud party on Sat night & we complained, they turned down the noise & offered to let us move to a quieter floor. We booked to stay there @ the end of the trip & they offered a reduced rate. We would certainly stay there again.

Peaceful location. Beautifully presented small hotel that oozes class and sophistication. Nicely decorated room and big bath! Quiet and effective air con. Good restaurant and several others close by. A few minutes walk from Arturo Sorio metro station and near highway intersection, so easy to get to, especially if you're coming from the airport. I'd definitely stay there again. It was delightful.
The only complaint would be the lack of a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Only costs cents to supply, but is always a welcome touch.

The owner of this posada is the reason to stay here. He was a valuable resource, helping me to plan enjoyable sightseeing itineraries each day. The owner does not speak English. However, this was not a problem. Although my Spanish language skills are poor, the owner was friendly and an effective communicator. The posada was also immaculately clean and the location was convenient for visting Santillana del Mar, the Altamira cave, San Vicente, and the mountains at Los Picos de Europa.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional service from the staff. They were always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The location of this venue is also a standout feature. Nestled in a beautiful residential area, it offers a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed hearing the birds singing in the garden, which added to the tranquility of the surroundings. Additionally, I felt safe exploring the neighborhood, as there were several great restaurants and a grocery store nearby, making it convenient to find delicious and healthy food options.
I highly recommend this hotel to all.

The rooms were large, well appointed and very comfortable. The baths were clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The grounds are very pretty with a lot of flowers and trees. The patio was a perfect place to have a drink before heading out to the city.
The only negative is it is located out of the city center. You can get to a metro stop in less than a 1/2 mile so it is accessible to the city.

Spent my Easter weekend in this hidden gem, tucked away from the busy city. the tranquility and peacefulness in this area was just what I needed. the spacious rooms and plush bathrobes were a luxury. I also loved the toiletries in the basket that smells divine. the garden made for a perfect spot to enjoy my breakfast with an assortment of yummy treats. the bus stop is just a short walk away which made getting around the city a breeze.
The location is a bit far from the center, but the bus made it easy to travel around. the hum of the highway nearby can be heard but does not cause too much disturbance.

Our stay in the hotel was extremely pleasant. The hotel has a lovely ambience and has been tastefully decorated though out.The bedrooms are very comfortable and the chocolate on the turned down sheets at night a lovely touch. The breakfast selection was very good. Really enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice. Receptions staff very friendly and helpfull, spoke very good English which made our stay easier. Our Spanish not that good yet! We would recommend this hotel, good value for money.
The evening staff who served us in the bar could have smiled, which would have made us feel better, they did not seem happy and one wonders why they are working there if they are that unhappy. Not sure of their nationality. The only slight problem is that it is a good taxi ride out of Madrid, so adds to the expense of the stay. When booked though they came within 5 minutes. Remember to take the hotel name and address with you as on our returns to the hotel the taxi's needed this to find it.

The hotel was situated on the messy downtown area of the city and was not far from the airport. the room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the bathroom was modern and full of toiletries. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the service of the staff was friendly and attentive, and there was a beautiful garden where you could enjoy your meals or just relax.
The wifi in the hotel was unreliable and slow, which made it difficult to do any work or browse the internet from the room.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find luxurious bathrobes and slippers in my room. The hotel also provided nice toiletries in a cute basket. The furnishings were of good quality, adding to the cozy atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful garden where I had a delicious breakfast. The employees were always helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to a bus stop and short ride to the train station were convenient for my travels. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.
